Is it possible to buy reproduction or NOS case backs for 105.012.65 ?
I see that e-bay etc has loads of 145.012 “new” backs for sale, mostly from Japan.
I mean the solid back, not a spiral winder display case.

It’s the modern version of the 145.012 as Omega changed their numbering system to add an extra 0.

Effectively if your 145.012 needs a replacement caseback, this is the correct Omega service item. O do not believe there is an equivalent 105.0012 caseback

Thank you David, very helpful and instructive. I see they are advertised for “321 watches”. Do you know if the 145.0012 caseback would fit a 321 in a 105.012 case (CB and or HF). I realise the internal code would not be correct. Pity they only come as single bezel (for 65 models)
