Can you please help me to identify this watch..

Hi

I seen this watch on a local website for sale but I am not able to figure out from the pictures which model it is.. I searched with google for similar images and I did not find anything.. also on chrono24..
It's authentic or possible to be a "franken" watch?

I agree with you, and for something like this to be franken will be quite a bizaae work.
