Hi ! Please help me to identify my vintage watch

Gent's watch from circa 1940 with a 30mm caliber movement of some type, e.g. 30T2. As a courtesy, new members often introduce themselves and provide some context for their questions.

What Dan said. Obviously, the dial is in very poor condition. If you want to restore the appearance of the watch, a donor dial from a watch of the same reference would be ideal, but for a watch this old a replacement dial will be difficult to find. It's also very unlikely that you will recoup the money that you spend putting the watch back into shape vis a vis any increase in the watch's value from being restored.
