Can you help me date and identify the model on this family watch heirloom?

·No specific model as far as I know. The reference is 2482 and it was delivered in ~1946. It looks to me as if someone has attempted to clean the dial, and unfortunately removed some of the printing.

The model suggested in the link has a sightly different dial. Does that mean anything?
I don't think the dial has been cleaned ever. I think it oxydized away.

·Can you see Omega printed on the dial ? If not, it has been cleaned and lost 50% of its value. But as a heirloom it does not matter.

·Individual references often came with multiple dial variations. Rarely do these have a significant impact upon value.
