Can someone help interpret this (Speedmaster Mk II)

When my Speedy MkII was recently restored and serviced, I was sent a small slip of paper (see pic) with calibration numbers. Unfortunately, there was no explanation. Can someone help me interpret what this actually means? Thanks in advance.
