·If you do a Google image search of "Omega 166.0188" you'll find many dial variations for that reference. The Omega vintage watch website only gives one example of each reference, if even that.

·To be clear, though, I very well may be wrong about that reference number - I'm not an expert at all and I'm pretty unfamiliar with Geneves. To confirm, you'd have to get a watchmaker to open up the back. The reference will be on the inside of the case back.
