British military Omega WWW 30T2

Bought this as a gift, but due to unforeseen circumstances will need to move it on. Here is the sellers original description:

Watch is in original condition, never polished stainless steel round screw back case (35mm British AF issue), correct unsigned crown, 18mm fixed lug bars, beautiful original signed black dial with painted Arabic numerals and luminous markers, subsidiary seconds, fitted with nylon Nato. 15 jewel manual wind signed movement (Caliber 3OT2). Purchased previously (by their earlier owner) from a very reputable vintage watch dealer in NYC.

**nb: I've been informed the lugs are quite worn. Please see images.

Comes with watch head and a NATO strap only.
