I have up for sale a great military chronograph issued to the Royal Navy (ref 0552). The watch will be listed on MWRF as well, but I will let the OF community have a first shot at it! Fellow OF member and watchmaker @Mitka has taken the watch in for a full movement service, and as a result the watch is offered FS with a 12 months mechanical warranty from date of sale. Case: 39mm asymmetric stainless steel case with screw-down caseback in very good condition. Fixed lugs intact. Some minor signs of marks and wear as should be expected. The case back military issue engravings are in very good condition. Movement: Valjoux caliber 7733 in great condition. It runs well, and was serviced by @Mitka this week. The watch is sold with a 12-month mechanical guarantee. Dial and Hands: The dial is original and lovely patinated. Original hands in good condition. See pictures for details. Crown: Unsigned crown (as should be). Strap: The watch comes with a couple of nylon NATO straps included. I feel like an idiot...I was looking at watch thinking to myself, "I don't know the dial looks pretty symetrical to me?" Turns out the case is the asymmetrical bit Awesome piece! GLWS!
