Congrats.
Thank you. It was some of your pics that got me into this! I’m ordering straps this weekend as this will be for the most part my daily. One thing I learned from the Apollo is that the brushed clasp can scratch....(it’s the only sticker I’ve left on)

Thought I’d share a pic of the new strap. I’ve ordered both the dark brown and black from the trilogy watches. I like them as they are extremely supple from the outset and very thin. I think the brown looks good (black not here yet). Came with the omega buckle to complete the look.

That’s a great idea

sorry to inconvenience, but do you remember offhand the parts info (and cost) for the brown?

I do indeed.

brown - 032CUZ006677
Black - 032CUZ006675
buckle - 9451.16.02

the straps are £215 each - the buckle £40 (not sure of us pricing)

there is also the golden brown Seamaster strap - 032CUZ006676 - but I’m a little less keen on that one but may pick it up all the same

That isn't the vintage style buckle as fitted to the Trilogy watches, thats the std current tang buckle as seen on the FOIS, or do you have the other buckle as well?

My mistake you are right - standard buckle. I e amended the posts accordingly. In fact, I sold this strap to you many moons ago didn’t I?

Quite possibly lol. I have a spare I bought and use on my RM Trilogy so I can keep the original pristine. I've also managed to acquire a FOIS spare and a CK2998 Rally too. Not sure how I have managed to pick up 3 x 19mm straps!

The strap shown above is indeed the one you sold me, I just checked. I really like this design, it is a step up from the FOIS Barena.

That’s been a habit during my watch collecting time. Sell low, realise I like it and buy again at full price!

it’s a lovely strap however.I enjoyed it on the RM too (the reason I initially bought it).

I do indeed.

I've hot-linked to Omega's online purchasing tool. The (modern) buckle you list comes auto-filled as an option (that can be deleted).

brown - 032CUZ006677
Black - 032CUZ006675
buckle - 9451.16.02

the straps are £215 each - the buckle £40 (not sure of us pricing)

The straps are $250USD, and buckles are $50USD - with free shipping, etc.

The above-discussed vintage style trilogy buckle: I'm assuming it can it only be had via a boutique/Omega parts source?

the brown looks great; regarding a black option, I might be more interested in 032CUZ009780

I can recommend it. I use mine on my Dynamic 3 at present but I might throw it onto a chrono at some point. The outer leather isn’t as soft as on other Omega straps though, it’s quite different and feels a little like those coated waterproof straps.

That caseback... wow!

The upside of the leather strap, is a decent view of the case back. I’m not one for movement gazing or getting excited over the caseback, but I make an exception for this....

Black strap arrived. Looks pretty good imo.

That black strap really looks good with the watch. Contemplating getting it for my one now!
Thanks for all the pics and info Steve
