Suggestions? Will Appreciate. Been using, @best, mediocre tools. About time investment in this dept is in order, TYVMIA!

PS just the basics, mostly external; precision screwdrivers, link hold/removal, etc, nothing for internals or case back.

What kind of tools, for what tasks? Opening case-backs? Adjusting bracelets? Replacing crystals? Full movement disassembly, cleaning, and lubrication?

I use a Seiko S-926 for a lot of bracelets and find it excellent.

This is another option, and all of your tools are contained in a case, all in one place and won't get lost (easily).
