Incorrect, the next Bond will be a mask wearing, knee bending non binary entity
Sure, let’s take it on that direction. Refreshing.

Works for me.

I’m not worried.

Cool watch but Terrible movie... unfortunately. Craig had the feeling he shouldn’t have done this, and he was right, then he changed his mind.
Poorly written, too many holes in the plot, the villain is laughable.

Many Bond movies have these characteristics, it’s part of the charm 😗

well, this is probably the weakest movie of Craig franchise (together with Quantum of Solace, that basically had no script).

These movies may not be perfect, but You need a good villain to have a decent movie. In NTTD there is basically no villain, and the entire story and motivation supporting Rami’s character is a non sense.
Too bad. I hoped for a better movie.

Finally saw the film yesterday. Very dark in many ways and slightly too long for me. Enjoyable though! It will be interesting to see how they do the next reboot.

De gustibus non disputandum, I suppose. I enjoyed the film very much - it was definitely a darker turn, but I didn't find the villain laughable. Indeed, I appreciated the connection to You Only Live Twice (the original novel rather than the film that left out all the best parts). Not a perfect movie (there are very few of those), but a worthy entry in the series, I thought.

Absolutely!

I think the evil guy has only one facial expression and the dialogues were so poor and predictable.
Like when the Villain and Bond say they are mirror images of each other, 'two heroes in a tragedy of our own making”... what a surprise 😀
Seriously for me almost the entire movie was effing cliché!

Don’t know about London, but elsewhere in the Bond universe ….

Now why would someone need one of those?

Think they moved this to the Peterson Museum in LA?

And...I loved it.

I just got done watching NTTD and enjoyed the movie. My 2 main complaints are
1. The movie is way too long. They should've trimmed 20-30 minutes out of it.
2. Some of James Bond's dialogue felt out of character.

Perhaps the original Bond version, but this one is registered in Hamburg, Germany.

Goodies from tonight's event. Lovely venue and free bar and food too. Film excellent as I expected having already seen it. No keyring but a card wallet. Omega magazine and lanyard with Bond branded plastic card. The magazine looks a great read so looking forward to that. We got two bags so might get rid of one somehow.

somehow.....as in, give them as a gift? I hope you're not going to try to sell them!

The talk is of breaking away from staying true to Fleming's works and almost 60 years of film history to hire someone other than a straight white male. So I suppose that it could literally be anyone.

And it will be at that point that I excuse myself from the Bond franchise.
