The watch looks too large and clunky. Omega have such nice understated dress watches. Missed opportunity. Cartier Tank with black strap would be better but Rolex Explorer best.

Jacket sleeves folded up into a cuff. Too "styled". Looks like someone stole the upholstery from Nana's recliner chair.
Why would an Omega Ambassador in the Final Movie of the Omega sponsored series wear a rolex? Bond would wear a Cartier?
Tom Hardy imo

That seems to be the best bet if they want to stay in the mold of the out going bond. Henry Cavil could take it to a more refined Bond without the hard edges, but not sure if his height is the best for the role. Hiddleston is an interesting choice, but I wonder if he can be physical enough. Idris would be great but I think he is a little too old to take it on at this point. Figure a 15 year run and he ends at 65.

My money is on Richard Madden... Somewhat unknown, and could easily play the part.

I actually agree with this one. I think he fits the bill 100%

About the title: if I'm not wrong, it is a "Première" not a "Premier" 😉

Because every time I read the title, my mind goes....

My wife is hoping for either Aidan Turner or Tom Hiddleston to take over the role. I think either of them would be good - it's occurred to me before that another reboot, putting Bond back into his original Cold War setting in the 1950s and re-adapting some of the original books, could work well. (Although it would restrict Omega to issuing "new" Bond watches that could only be repros of early Seamasters.)

I didn't get an invite to an Omega screening this time - not sure my local OB is doing one. The one for Spectre was awesome.

To be honest I had not really thought about him.. I was thinking Kit Harrington, but on review realized that was a poor choice… but his GoT “brother” just makes total sense to me the more I think about it.

if I’m right remember you heard it hear first lol.

I've always thought Matthew Macfayden would be good, but would be a more understated (physically) Bond than Craig. Has some spy playing experience from Spooks (great show by the way).

My boutique said that owners of the NTTD omega owners would get a little something something related from this movie.
I saw an early screening, it was a good film but didn’t felt like a bond film to me…

He actually looks like he could be a real Bond compared to the other actors suggested. That menacing look is great.

All of this speculation on who might be the next James Bond....Hope y'all are right, I've read a.lot of rhetoric that the producers may go in a whole different direction in finding the next character.

If they do, it’s fine with me. It’s a fictional character so could be almost anything.

I remember the uproar when Craig was selected, but he has generally been a great Bond.

The 42mm 2500 PO worn in QoS.
And in Casino Royal unless that was a 45mm.

Im watching it now so if I see a good shot to be able to see the hour marker to date distance I’ll post.

Really enjoyed the early screening by Omega, it was the first Omega hosted event I've been do and it definitely reinforces my desire to shop at the boutiques.

Met some interesting people along the way too, such as the driver of this amazing import:

Saw the movie at IMAX yesterday but I didn't dress as red as Craig did at the premiere though. I don't think I can pull that off 😉

I like it. This is my effort from when we saw it on the opening night. Wearing my Seamaster Pro 300, funnily enough I’ve picked up a lovely PO since then, which Craig wore in Skyfall (my favourite Bond movie, close call with the Spy Who Loved Me though, as I’m a Lotus nut as well - though I can’t afford a white Esprit S1 !)

I'm pretty sure they said that Bond will always be a man. 007 can be a man or woman but James Bond won't be a woman.

Incorrect, the next Bond will be a mask wearing, knee bending non binary entity
