He said something recently on WUS about being diagnosed with a disease of some kind that has been quite debilitating, so others are mostly running the business.

I heard that over lunch with another member yesterday. I didn't want to bring it up in a public setting. Could explain what happened.

 

He posted about it on an open forum, so I think his intent was for people to know...

 

I read this thread as it highlighted someone to “BEWARE OF”... I am leaving with an understanding of someone to “BEWARE OF”, and yet it’s not who I originally thought it would be.

Thanks Al. I had no idea. My mother suffered from MS for over 20 years so I am very familiar with the destruction auto-immune disease can cause. I wish him all the best.

 

I’ve been in contact with Jerome recently. He wants to get back on OF but his account is locked. I’ve tried to work on his behalf to have someone at OF help him get back on but it has been to no avail. If a mod is reading this and can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I do seem to recall he was removed from the sales forums here over something he had for sale...details are fuzzy though as it's been some time.

Something about not declaring a redial on a vintage watch, possibly after being told here it was a redial? Anyone else remember this?

I know he was still posting on the discussion forums after that, but wasn't selling here any longer.

 

I do, now that you mention it. I think I posted in the thread. If memory serves me (which would be unusual), it was on eBay.
