You can't substantiate any claims about the links because you WENT TO EMAILS!
If it had all been via eBay message you would have had a case, but now you'll have to call the police.

Yes, that is spot-on, and the whole issue I'm facing, really. I might give him a run for his money now I know he's a recurrent scammer though. The guy seems to be well-versed in all this stuff but I'm still going to try to have a bit of fun. We shall see.

路For those of you who wonder what this person looks like, Google seems to think this is him, when doing a search on Rita Lars Leker Langenhagen.

It still seems crazy to me that someone would keep on doing the same bad things again and again esp. after being ousted using one's real name (or his wife's even, Rita Leker with the paypal and all)... I have sent yet another email "assuming good intentions" as per @Larry S 's hints, it's just too dumb to be real...

路Update - I have sent Lars a link to this topic. I am also planning on create similar topics on the other "big" boards including german spaking ones. Lars is more than welcome to step in every time and possible clean up this mess.

路Wow. There used to be a guy on eBay who did this with Deco Antiques. A local collector I know got scammed twice even though I warned him. Same thing too, multiple accounts, emails etc. this is why these forums are such a great place. On your own, you have no hope
