Possibly Scam Railmaster on eBay - Buyer Beware!

I was going to bid on it and asked the seller what the number on the caseback is, he sent me this picture:


I then sent him this picture from Omega Forums asking for the corresponding number on his watch:


And he replied:

I then corresponded more with the seller and I'm now as sure as I can be that he's a high level troll and a scammer, so definitely avoid

Mainly he claims the watch is with his watchmaker, so best case scenario you're not getting the watch you see, could be all kinds of damaged
