Is anyone familiar with the Bernex brand or know anything about it? I can’t find much online. Tried on this GMT at my local dealer today, they’re asking £1,500. They said it was new but there are scratches on the crystal at 12, 1, 2 o’clock, so I walked away.

 

Bernex is listed in Mikrolisk. Not much information given, but it’s a start.

Any advance on this? I took another look at the GMT today... the “scratches” turned out to be stubborn dust marks as it had been in the window a while so it’s mint. Just wish I knew more about the brand... I’d love a GMT, esp with a Pepsi-style bezel but can’t afford a Rolex and am not keen on the Tudor BB design (shoot me)...
