Thin arrow (though not visible) just arrived today! I like it a lot, especially in the sun!

Got this beauty a couple of weeks ago. Since I got Covid I couldn't take it to get the scratches on the plexy taken off 馃檨

Bought this yesterday and picked it up today.
A Titoni Titoflex Airmaster manual wind in very good honest looking condition but needs a new glass and a service.

Pulsations Heuer x A&F signed Reference 346. Circa late 1940s, it鈥檚 from the beginning of A&Fs retail partnership with Heuer, and is likely why it鈥檚 one of the few examples seen with both signatures on the dial.

Just in. My third Connie. I love this design and proportions. Thinking about a Milanese bracelet for it.

"Again" I bought a Tintin and this one has great history now!
Why? Some may have noticed in the "Tintin Information gathering thread" that I was victim of a modified Moonwatch sold as Tintin. @Archer helped me identifying it as a "normal" Moonwatch with the serial number. Luckily I could get refund without any issue.

Talking about my missfortune a helpful member from the forum came up: @Ludi offered me a Tintin as his wife is not wearing it often and he recognized that I would 馃槈
We had a great conversation, talked about trust, other watches, shipping, etc. and @Ludi offered to hand over the watch in person. Only issue was the "long waiting" for the meeting of a few weeks but this is because i can`t wait to get it 馃槈
The watch is in almost perfect condition, full set, and just now my absolute favorite in my collection! i couldn't be more happy with it and have to thank @Ludi but more his wife that she gave it free for me 馃グ

Best wishes 馃榾

Whoa, that's about the cleanest 40's chronograph I've ever seen. Where was it hiding for the last 80 years?

Thank you. It is definitely not NOS and both the dial and case has some signs of it鈥檚 age, but thankfully they are only enough to ensure that it鈥檚 not refinished.

How can you not love pocket watches? So many of the movements are like art. I bought this 21 jewel Waltham 645 as not running. I wanted the case it was in, and the watch was pretty much free. Once I got it open, it was clear the balance was fine, and the power train was strong. I snaked in a tiny bit of oil on the jewels I could reach, and it fired right up....keeping time within 3 seconds per day for 2 weeks. Incredible. The case here is the one I was replacing. It works fine for this job.

Been after top examples of the Mk 40 and the Flightmaster 911 for longer than I can recall to add to the collection and then two become available around the same time 馃榾 Go figure.

Great taste! Big regret is selling my MK 40 with bp. It's a super comfortable watch. I've been wanting another almost from the day I sold it. And the FM is so iconic. But it can be a challenge to find a nice one with all that brushing. You did well.

And now your collection is complete!

(Enjoy. Wear them in good health.)

Bought this at auction yesterday, haven't received it yet but looks a straight forward project with just a service, glass and a new correct crown.

Got quite a few Eterna's in the collection now.
