It's official: I have terrible taste.

Some of you may want to shield your eyes from the WRUW thread while I model this thing.

I like it apart from the strap. It would be interesting to see it on a conventional leather strap. Love the bezel and dial.

This just in. It was featured in another thread here a few days ago. A quick look at it and it seems OK. Keeping time pretty well but not been on any measuring equipment. Off for a service in the next few days. I''d appreciate any comments about it, or red flags?

Thank you.

Suprisingly the seller accepted my offer and this arrived today.

Ref. 2639-14 with original Omega leather strap, buckle and even the case back sticker still in place. In rather good condition I’d say. Can’t wear this though due to the sticker 😉

I bought this Hamilton a few weeks back. My AD ordered the correct deployant and gifted me the padded Hirsch strap. Both arrived today and voila! As much as I love the mesh bracelet, the leather is the way to go day to day.

Here are today's purchases.

A like new 25 Jewel auto Hafis, a nicely aged EDOX 25 Jewel auto ( I particularly like the back ) and a Gruen Precision Autowind Bumper.

All supposed to be in good working order, these are all good sellers so there is a good chance they actually are, which is a bit of a rarity I find.

All seller photos.

I bought a beautiful blue AT 38 about a month ago. But based on dial colors in the rest of my watch fleet, I really wish I’d gotten it in white. The AD threw in the rubber deployant strap - since unworn, as I’m between holes.
Did anyone make the opposite “mistake” recently and want to trade? PM me.

I once did that with a Longines Conquest and, following a post in similar terms to yours, @janice&fred suggested I get them both ……. which is what I ended up doing 😉

Aren't these quite the looker? I bought when issued and reach often to wear.

Just arrived from another OF member via the Private Watch Sales forum. My first vintage watch with small seconds, and a Seamaster with a black dial to boot! Now on a dark green Fluco suede strap.

A trio of Rolex Daytona 116520s. One is a K serial with light patina, the other two are M serials. All complete sets!
