·I'm loving it! The rubber strap is great and curves well around my wrist. Now I took it so as I read that their steel bracelet wasn't really good, plus I prefer the looks with the rubber.
Any suggestions on what alternative bracelets could work well with this model?

··Sunburst dial fanI've had it on my radar since it came out, then covid etc etc ... but it is indeed my first "modern" diver. Actually, not true, I did own an Oceaneva something (MoP very nice dial and great quality) but it was too big for my wrist, so I sold it. This one, on rubber, fits me just right. And this green is a killer!

Not only did I receive the nice Russian Zenith copy above, but as fate has it, my watchmaker called me to tell me that the original that "inspired" it was ready for pickup. I bought this set last fall by chance and absolutely love the intricacies. The pictures don't do it justice, but apart from a few hairline scratches, it's practically flawless with bright, clean dial and now seems to run well within COSC. 🥰
I also won an auction on a beauty of a 40s Wyler today, but that needs to be a story for another day.

·This landed this week ( from @WhatYourWatchSay ) ... it will be the second watch for my niece that I'll give her for her birthday. She loves her lady Longines Sei Tacche, and I believe she will enjoy something more modern but vintage as well.

Finally added a WSSA0029 to the collection as a house closing gift. Checks the white dial box! I love the quality of this piece and the bracelet system (best in the biz I’d say). If anyone is considering the modern Santos in the medium size (on my 6.5in wrist) I’d say go for it.
