A NOS Quartz 1986 De Ville, along with a newly arrived vintage ladies one to go with it

This vintage 15 jewels Seiko that I really like, it keeps time very accurately, ticks audibly, and the seller put in a new strap too!

I love it but I regret the purchase

Don’t have regret. They are beautiful !

Posted a page back - but very impressed by my first watch to 2021. I think it is potentially my first military inspired piece.

Four years ago when I discovered my love for watches I read about JLC, who they, their history and got to know the different references they make. I promised myself I will some day own one. The day is here and I could t be happier.

Still relatively fresh to vintage collecting but I've been truly bitten hard by the vintage chrono bug

Excelsior Park. Those numerals are just mesmerising.

I started 2021 out strong with 3 additions to my collection. This will most likely be my last for a while. This is going to be my daily driver I think.

Congrats! That's a killer watch. I love the way it looks with a brown dial!

Sort of an impulse buy on eBay. It's not a particularly uncommon variant, but the condition/originality was appealing to me and I know someone who can restore the spring bracelet. I think it will be large enough (barely), but I could really use another link if anyone has a spare. I know that @JwRosenthal is pretty knowledgable about these.

I had one of these 15 to 20 years ago, a 60s manual wind Seamaster with a big white dial and a sub-seconds hand (Cal 268). I really missed it and regretted selling it. Then one day in early January, I stumbled upon one and the seller was motivated to sell as he had stopped wearing it. As far as I can tell, it's completely intact and it also came with the original bill of sale from the French retailer and warranty card. The seller also threw in an extra strap which turned out to be Omega. The added bonus is that it's from '62, my birth year. A little polywatch and it should sing on my wrist.

The dial, with its aged cream tone, is stunning.

Very nice! I really like those and I think I'll start checking them out to add to the collection.
Congrats!
