Mislabeled as 28mm (measures closer to 34), but I'll deal . I bought it for the numerals $48 all in

Runs like a champ, all stainless steel, and this is the most boring strap I'll put on it.

Yep! I tried paging through the Hamilton/Vantage catalogs available online, but couldn't find the exact dial that I have. My guess is probably late 60s. I can't wait to get some Novus since Polywatch isn't strong enough to deal with some of the deeper scratches on the crystal. Case edges are wicked sharp though.

Arrived fairly recently from service after purchase - nice Heuer 3646 “Tachy On dial” special order dial in its day. With a rare 24 hour bezel. Sorry about the poor photos

Well my helbros is home, running fine is a shame I can’t show the beautiful blue of the hands, also the subdials show a weird shadow. After a proper service and a new strap should be 100%

I have often looked at pics of the Memovox and thought that they looked a nice watch but had never seen one in the flesh. That changed a couple of weeks ago when I was dropping off and picking a watch up from service with my watchmaker and he had this beauty in stock (definitely a trap when your watchmaker also sells watches). It was love at first sight and I couldn't get it out of my head🥰.

I sent him a message early in the week informing him of my predicament and wanting to know what I had to do to own it. A gentlemans agreement was reached and this baby came home with me yesterday.

Mid to late sixties bumper with date. As you can see the case is not over polished, dial has wonderful patina, all the functions work beautifully and feels great on the wrist as you can see in my WRUW post today.

Clean and sharp! Very nice.
👍
