Two arrivals today,,,One serious, one fun. 1957 Audemars Piguet Ultra Thin, sr# 74654 17j, Caliber 2003.
That AP is thin and so light it levitates off your wrist. I am a big fan of the lightweight vintage pieces.
Love the F300's and blue dials, so why not combine New arrival Omega Constellation F300, ref. 198.002, cal. 1250 from 1972
Finally broke down and ordered the links, pins and screws to install my spare Titanium adjustable 1151 clasp onto my X-33 Ti bracelet, at highway robbery prices for the links. Over two years ago my OB couldn't find the 118TI1589 in their system anymore, and ordered what was supposed to be links from the Ti SM300 MC, and they were wrong but "special orders can't be refunded". So, I've sat on the clasp all this time, and not even sure what I did with the wrong links. And I don't even know if I'll need the extra pins and screws without going into my safe to look at the watch, to see if the Skywalker bracelet that Jim at Continental sold me in 2016 is an old pin and bushing version. But figured why not buy the whole set for £280 and have spares?
Half sun on my new 345.0808 2nd serie, and the way I like to wear it... By the way, I confirm the 1450 is the most comfortable bracelet of the 40 last years...
