I am off to the Las Vegas strip tomorrow, for a week...so, I am going to be white knuckling it the whole time.
I promised myself not buy more watches this year...but we all know how it always ends... especially that the watch was supposed to be sold out
Omega Constellation 14381 with railtrack dial and 1503 BOR with 70 endlinks, not bad for 850 CHF I guess...
I recently picked up this beautiful 1902 Illinois Sangamo. Size 16 Getty model, two-tone gold inlaid ribbon pattern movement, 21 jewels & adjusted 6 positions. The last picture is of it alongside it's younger brother, a 1927 Bunn Special. Both serviced and running very accurately.
The 2nd Bulova I have seen with those blue indices. Both times, I have thought, "Boy, that would look good on a matching blue leather strap." If you try it, please post more pics! McK
Totally agree..... the dial is incredible took a chance on EBay and it was just the battery....happy days...
New one, just back from service and light refresh of the case Last two pictures are before pics. Omega Genéve ref. 136.0102, cal. 1030 from 1972
Just bought one of these. Heckuva watch for the price -- not fancy, but seriously well-made. Just hope my puny wrist can stand up to it.
