Longines again. This time a 9000-8 from 1956. A little polywatch and a new strap from FinWatchStrap ... does the Conquest good. All in, $475. Case and enamel a bit beat up but overall a decent buy IMO

A Speedy "Schumacher" 🥰🥰 and I love it
Hey, quick question. Is the reference number on this the 3506.31? I’ve seen one similar to this for sale (white dial, white sub-dials with black chapter rings on subs etc). It’s different to any other Speedy Legends I’ve seen. Can’t seem to find much info on this particular referenced Schumacher though . I’m almost ready to pull the trigger on the purchase but lack the courage without doing a bit more research first.

P.S. I assume this has the “Michael Schumacher The Legend” engraving in red on the case back?

Just in, from down under. I started by thinking of buying one of these just for its bracelet, then decided to take a punt on them all.

World Time from April 64

Silver Wave - Seiko's first dive watch, of sorts - this one from Jan 63:

(looks like it's been relumed and not that well - something to address maybe)

and finally, the least shouty of the trio but rather splendid:

A Sept 1961 "Blue Yacht" that was only made for a year or so. It's got a quite unusual brushed swirl pattern on the dial:

I picked this up a few days ago (and got something for the wife as well - softer landing as I add another Omega to my collection). Both going for service stop! Anyone know where I can pick up a copy of AJTT (for less than $700 US)?

Just acquired this Seamaster. It has a 591 movement and a 17,***,*** movement/production number so I’m assuming 1959/1960.

I’m indebted to @omegastar for his thread on buckles. This one has a ‘B’ (beta) SWISS, which is possibly age appropriate.

Oh, and it runs 😀

Bought this late yesterday evening. It was super expensive (for being Tissot), but I will never again find another in the same condition...

Hi, yes it is 3506.31! and it is different from the other "Schumacher" Legend. In my opinion rarer, because usually I see the other.
Exactely, it has “Michael Schumacher The Legend” engraving in red on the case back, as you can see in the pic.

Usually I write down a description when I purchase a watch, so maybe these info could be useful for you:

"Stainless steel case, diameter 42 mm, scratch-resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal, White dial with black/silver sub-dials, stick hands. Stainless steel Omega bracelet ref. 1620/887 with double-folded deployant closure, screw-in case back.
Automatic Omega Cronograph Movement caliber 3301, based on Piguet 1285 movement. A fine example of a superior chronograph, this movement has a vertical coupling that ensures instantaneous actuation of the chronograph hand when the pusher is pressed, a column-wheel mechanism for precision starting, stopping and resetting of the chronograph functions, as well as the Omega free sprung-balance for excellent stability of the watch’s going rate. Furthermore, the movement is an officially certified COSC chronometer and has a power reserve of 55 hours. Impermeability up to 10 bar (100 meters / 330 feet)".

An antique market find that came home friday. Paid about 120US, I would have paid it for the case alone!

Nice clean Waltham made in the fall of 1888...

In love with this 'Art Deco' Eterna. Look at these numerals, especially the 2 and 8. 🥰

Loving this pickup from a member, can't seem to take it off the wrist. Just noticed the isofrane strap is on backwards...
