There is a lot of project in there... 😵‍💫

What is it supposed to look like?

BTW congrats to the thread on 12,500 posts. 😲
Well technically 12,501 but you get the point!
That is a bad older redial. I will have it done period correct or find an old but ok dial. Movement just needs cleaning and adjust.

Been looking for a Zenith 53.0375.400 for a while. This was way over priced on eBay but it was also listed on Japan Yahoo Auctions--about to expire--for 25% less than eBay.

Something different - a salmon/gold 2 tone art deco calatrava. The ABRA WATCH CO. is so finely printed on an oversized watch! Stainless steel case.

Hi All, new to the forums! I have a “new to me” speedy 145.022, ca 1990 by serial. It’s keeping good time against my first speedy. Im going to request an extract tomorrow. Wish me luck!

IMO , the 2nd gen. 70-72 cal. Zodiac Seawolf represents a decent amount of watch for $ spent. Then there’s the history of this petite diver. There’s no denying that. The Trit filled hands (with the backbone) and large triangular markers, cool scripted font, and coined matte bezel all help to make this an iconic watch. Just a well executed balanced dial.. I got mine off the ‘bay. Running about -4 secs over the 24 hours I’ve had it. Hard to take off.

Girard Perregaux 4946.
This is the only pic I have as it is still in the UK.
I already have a 4945 black dial, which I just love.
This lead me to looking for a 1946 with a eggshell white dial. They seem to be hard to find so I had to jump on this from a London dealer, unfortunately $'s !
