I wanted a Rolex for 10 years, let it go because life, cost, ... I recently caved in. I wanted one of the older collection, with both SELs and drilled lugs, and also luminova (I have enough dead lume as it is). Newest models do nothing for me.

I did what should never be done, i. e. trust a stranger on chrono24. Turns out the guy was 100% OK, and the watch too (RSC service 4 months ago, extremely good shape, full links, box and some goodies).

This one cost me quite a few sleepless nights, but I enjoy it a lot!

Rare domed dial 1940's longines. Hard for me to actually capture the beauty of this dial.

Really pleased to land this Longines ref 4638, originally invoiced to Ostersetzer (Italy) in 1941. Sharp 37.5mm oversized case with the most classic of dials.

Shout out to @Tony C. and @Syrte for their help on this one.

Very pretty.

I bit this one like hungry fish, because of the nice dial sharp looking case. Bit of a project at a cheap price.
Movement looks good, & it's tiny!

The source of Life has arrived.
The color changes quite a bit from dull grey to sparkly blue.

So excited about the new Tudor! This is my first brand new (not vintage) luxury watch. I’ve always been obsessed with Omega (which is what my vintage watch is), but Tudor has really grabbed me. Getting the watch is a big milestone in my life, and happened to be timed around an unrelated, very big event where my life and the lives of my team were saved by each other’s heroic actions. This one has meaning far beyond how much I love the aesthetic, heritage, and quality of the timepiece.
