NOS is one of those terms you shouldn't use unless you are absolutely certain - this one has a few marks on the lugs and seemingly some light scratches on the rear marking it as used.

Outstanding good condition and drool worthy though!! 😲
That BoR looks superb..! 🥰

Btw, you can see on the serial number that it is from December 1966. This is the first time I have seen a Seiko of that era in plated metal, always wondered how they would look - nu surprise that the quality looks to be great.

I'll have to hang my hat on "damn near"...
But thanks for your other nice comments. 👍

I love that it hasn't got a day indicator. I've just bought a Seiko 5 from the same era and it would have been so much better without that window... Or both day and date.

I agree with you about the day indicator, and the date indicator for that matter.
I also bought this Lord Marvel recently and the lack of both is one of its strong points IMHO.
(Photos are from the seller as the watch is out for service right now.)

I went to a watch fair today and came away with this...

They stamp your hand when you pay your entry, and it takes about a week for it to fade completely ;-)

Nice CS3110 reissue Carrera, with Lemania 1873 movement...

I may have gone to the dark side. Just ordered one of these as a holiday beater. Then again, what else could offer so much for so little 😁

I didn’t want to do it, cause I’ve already picked up too many Speedmasters in too short a time. But, Speedymoons are pretty rare to come by and I have a known moonphase Speedmaster fetish.🤨

So, I forced myself. 😒

This technically arrived in January but ended up going for a long holiday to my watchmaker. On the wrist for the first time today.
