It’s just a strap, but I ordered it in January and just got a pic of it as it’s finished and shipping out. Made especially for my PO case, integrated lug and height should look good. I’m excited for it to arrive. Teju Black matte with teju orange lining..

Another less than practical purchase, but cute as a Chinese baby.
If I'd realized just how small it is I might not have ordered it. I was thinking 34mm at least but it measures 30mm even. Kind of rough but I didn't get it expecting to wear it.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the sellers description of it as running well was correct.
It keeps time okay near as I can tell after a six hour run.

The crystal is actually very clear, the spots in the image were simple debris stuck to the crystal and they wiped away with no marks left behind.

The rim of the case around the crystal is a bit rough with some corrosion and a few pits. Not likely that this could be dressed up. Otherwise the case is in very nice shape. Lugs are 16mm which means I'll have to order some spring bars that size.

Best part was I got this;little bugger for $8 with $3 shipping.

I seem to be accumulating very small old watches. Well at least I can get a fair sized collection into a Altoids tin.

I'll probably put a band on it and give it to my Grand nephew's young son. If he shows he can appreciate a mechanical vintage watch.

    s-l1600 (20).jpg s-l1600 (21).jpg PS
Good news. After a good cleaning I found there is very little actual corrosion around the crystal after all. Theres one small area of actual corrosion where the plating got scraped a bit but the rest turned out to be some sticky debris with the plating untouched underneath. The sticky crud came away easily when scraped with my thumbnail.
The case is looking 500% better now. Practically new condition other than that single spot and its no longer all that noticable.
After running about 20 hours its dead on time, not measurably off in either direction. I'm super pleased with this one. Just wish it were full sized.
I've been thinking of mounting it on the wrist cuff of the left hand side of my Luftwaffe flying gloves. Not easy to pull the glove cuff back and the coat sleeve up at the same time to look at a watch on the wrist, especially while holding a rifle. Probably add a matching leather flap to protect the crystal.

I recently picked up this Air King - got a deal that I couldn't really pass up, and although people are very divided on this watch, it's certainly starting to grow on me as I wear it more!

    What do you guys think?

Certainly looks like it wears comfortably on your wrist. What is the case size?

These three just arrived. The Zenith and Seiko are immediately off to my watchmaker as they aren’t running well. Can’t wait to get them in top shape!

I think that's the oldest Seiko I've ever seen.

Bet there's a story behind that one.

I've seen some images of Japanese watches from WW2 but all were very beat up. Probably taken from corpses after satchel charges or Naval gunfire did their thing.

Not much info on it, sadly. Would love to learn more for sure.

An SKX project I've been anxiously awaiting. I sent all the pieces to NEWW (Duarte) who does beautiful work. It includes all the bells & whistles:
    NE15
    DD sapphire
    Coke bezel
Dagaz 70's dial and polished chapter ring
    Yobokies sword hand set
    Artifice stem & crown
    Drilled lugs

    A keeper for sure:

It's a 40mm - same case as the Milgauss. Definitely does wear comfortably though, in my opinion
