You've got yourself a Hamilton Rodney, likely received by the original owner in 1964 after 25 years of service.
Bought earlier this week, thus displacing the Dan Henry supercompressor as my casual watch. Mostly because I couldn鈥檛 resist:
-38mm (!)
-Manual wind (!) ETA movement
-No date
Nice and slim, too. Despite the strong specs, I won鈥檛 say that it threatens the higher- end watches I have, but just imagine if Omega put a version of this movement into the LE Railmaster....
Had 3 ready at Watchmaker dude my 1990 Seiko Kinetic serviced and new capacitor my 1980's Constellation Quartz serviced new battery and my Tudor got a Proper Rolex bracelet
Bought 5 broken watches, one broken clock and a silver case ....
1924 silver desk clock that seems to need nothing more than cleaning and oiling
WWII GSTP needing a mainspring, clean and oil
this little lot all need some attention ranging from a clean to a balance staff (seeing as I bought over 1000 of those a few weeks ago, I might have one to fit) but there's a sweet little thing there that dates to 1890 ... and look at this dial ...
