I really like that but I've got the same problem with the DS as I do with the Omega PO's and similar - the height. How does it wear after you've had it on a few days?

Massive. 18mm height will not slide under a shirt cuff. And it's heavy. And the 20mm bracelet = floppy. You always know it's there. Very different from my BLNR or 5 digit sub. But all of these things are why I love it. Fits my personality perfectly. Big, fat, heavy and floppy.

Just picked this up this morning from the original owner who paid $200 for the watch brand new

Holy moly! That's gorgeous! And one of the rarer dial variants!

Hard DIBS!

Enjoy it!

I don't know Kyle 😒, Dennis tells me the batteries for those very early ones are really hard to find.

Hm...I guess I should just cut my losses and let you take it off my hands then. 😁

Nicely aging 70/71 Camaro - I need to find a better fitting (19mm) strap or bracelet but this'll do for now...

Hi folks,

I have given up hope of realistically getting a Speedy Tuesday off the wait list. And I'm not paying double or triple retail for basically the 1861 movement. So I was poking around and my wife suggested I buy this one instead.

And it's freaking FANTASTIC!!!! I thought I might keep it NIB and not wear it. But seeing it in person I don't think I can do that.

Thank you to forum member and great seller @yeo kim choy for sourcing and selling this one to me.

The box is the lovely upscale Omega wooden box. Complete with warranty card stamped and the pictogram included. Also came with the cool rocket toy. My wife grew up with Tintin comics in her house despite being from the states where the characters aren't as well known. So this one watch is pretty special. (Ok, they're all pretty special really).

I echo what others have said about the watch, pictures don't do the look of it justice. The red and white are sublime and help set off the stepped up dial.

The caseback writing is the same as the Speedmaster Pro in red.

I'll publish the reference number if anyone is still tracking how many there are out there.

I'm pretty psyched. I know there aren't many new ones out there. Thanks for reading.

Very nice! Kc has one on hold for me until I get home from vacation next week. Really looking forward to adding this piece.

Speedy Tuesday still has not arrived, but you know what Dennis always said,
"Ya can't have too many Speedmasters.........."
or at least I think it was something like that 😵‍💫

So this just arrived. Always wanted one and regretted not pulling trigger in 2009.

This just arrived today - Glycine Airman 18 Blue 39mm GMT. Perfect fit for my scrawny 6.75" wrist, I think. My 38mm Hamilton Khaki Field actually fits larger due to its bigger dial size and thicker case. There's a couple of great reviews on Youtube for those who want to check it out.

Most recent acquisition - a brand I know nothing about but it was too cheap to miss and I liked the dial...

After over a year of looking, I found a Dynamic Chrono to match my three-hander...and it was close to home! Not great pics, but I will take more in better light this weekend:
This little three-hander:

The Chronograph version:

And the two brothers together! The lume is definitely different on these two-I don't know the history of either, although I know the three-hander did belong to a highly respected Scottish OF member...maybe the lack of sun in those climes prevented aging of the dial!
