I was so excited about picking up the MK 40 that I forgot I picked up this bauble. I sold mine a few years ago and regretted it every time I saw it.
With 39 jewels in the movement, I hope there is some space left for gears. Lovely &fully serviced. Oh and birth year too
Love it! This is on my list for later this hear(probably the black dial & acrylic crystal) How do you like the bracelet? I rarely see them still on one
I've been chasing this one for a while, finally snagged it. Tudor Monte Carlo 7169/0 from 1972, with original 7836 bracelet.
A little vintage diver courtesy of @tyrantlizardrex. And that's a broken ankle in the background.. awaiting surgery to get the bone pinned, hopefully on Sunday:
Just arrived today I like the bracelet - I figured it was a little different to others in my collection and that I'd rather have the option (as I could always whack it on a strap later if necessary). Another view on the black dial one - http://wornandwound.com/review/sinn-356-review-4/
Was listening to this weeks Time For A Pint and next thing I know I'm buying one of these for around $60 from Amazon. Will live in my gym bag and will be my official beater. Stupid to be working out or riding with expensive hardware on my wrist.
Nice hands on that one This (the big one...) came today: Wears pretty good actually. Will have to decide if I am going to keep it or return it... Tough decision.
