I had been looking for a nice Type 21 at an honest price for quite some time now, and this just came into my possession today. I couldn't be happier, it is spectacularly good looking and a great military watch, all original. Have some family in Besançon so I have a little connection with it right away

Very nice example, well done! 👍

The 20/21s are among my favorites.

Couldn't resist this little beauty in great shape and just serviced. On OEM strap and deployant. Just arrived today. Got it with the intent of giving it to my son when he gets married. But ..... that's a few months out ...... so I'll get some time to wear it. [emoji15]

Following up on my last post. The watch came in from Serbia. Great packing although it did come with a potent cigarette smell. It is as I had hoped: in excellent unpolished condition. Very happy!

Just out of curiosity... because I don't know UG all that well. Is the Sun-seconds hand original? It looks a little out of place/dark in respect to the rest of the dial

Honestly, I have no idea. It didn't stick out for me until you mentionned it. I had never seen this UG and that's why I jumped on it. UG 3 handers are not documented and there are a lot of examples out there. Maybe someone else will enlighten us.

Just received this in the post,birth year f300 'hummer' love it,nice size for a 70's watch,I put it straight on the mesh bracelet as it come on a pretty bad/smelly leather band.

I had a hard time finding one in all original condition (or so it seems) for what is to me an honest price. It is absolutely stunning and I don't really see myself letting it go 😉
