Was looking for one of these when I submitted a photo in Darlinboy's Thanksgiving Photo contest, and saw that one of the prizes was a Zodiac Autographic. Second place (me) was one short of that watch, so when I saw that this was still available on Chronotrader, I nabbed it...

Seller says the rotor moves, but doesn't wind.

I hope it's an easy fix...🤔

No, it's tegimented stainless steel. 195g as delivered, now down to 185g as I took 2 links out to shorten the bracelet a little, so not exactly a lightweight.

The surface hardening treatment creates the impression that the case and bracelet look like dark titanium, which would have been a great material choice for this watch, but is not an option. Under certain soft lighting conditions it almost looks black, so I don't think the PVD coated "S" version would add much.

Despite its weight it wears well due to the wide bracelet (22mm), flat case back and modest case thickness (12mm).

Well I shouldn't have... I missed it last week when it sold as I was bothering @GregH and @dougiedude and it popped up last night again with a decent direct buy and I just couldn't resist.

A nice Zodiac Lea Wolf (sellers pictures). I'm guessing the misspelling helped me get the watch 😉

I didn't have anything similar in my collection and I must admit that sadly the Universal Geneve divers are much too big for my wrist and way out of my budget.

This popped up in the sales forum late Friday afternoon and I couldn't resist. Received some great advice from @Drawarms to go for it and his positive opinion about the seller. It was a hotly contested piece but I got lucky and it just arrived at my door! Love it..

I probably shouldn't have, but I've been enthralled by @dougiedude 's every time he posts it. It's going to need a service as the seller states it is not running but the balance wheel still moves... hoping it's an easy fix 🍿
