Didn't come close to buying, having said that I didn't expect to like it as much as I did 馃

Was actually sending my Opaline A.T. back to Switzerland to have the date change issue rectified and ended up trying this Milgauss and talking watches with a lovely member of staff and to finish off back home with some reading/drooling material.

looks like a Caribbean 1000 m watchcase on org bracelet not quartz, collectable in the divingcomunity.
I thought that, but wasn't sure as they look perfectly round on the Jenny, but the one I have bought looks slightly oval. Maybe the smaller size Jenny is oval, but not sure. From the other watches in the photo I would guess this is around 40mm across, which I read is about right for the smaller Jenny case. From other Sultana watches I have seen I would guess it's 1000m and automatic, but it's better to be wrong in private 馃槈

I'll post it here when it turns up.
Posted today so hopefully get it on Saturday.

This just arrived from forum member @Sanmilc - great seller. It's gone straight on to the wrist where it's staying for the foreseeable future!

Could not resist this iconic Seiko
Seiko 6138 0049 from Feb 1975 untouched with original hands, dial and case plus the bracelet is original and has little to no stretch which is a minor miracle given the weight of these
I have posted the sellers photos as they are way better than anything I can produce

Finally diving into the world of vintage watches with this gorgeous Omega Seamaster Cal. 285 from 1961! All original, practically mint condition. Shipped from Belgium earlier this week, can't wait to get my hands on it.

This very nice Eterna-matic Centenaire 61 from 1962. I love the patina on the dial:

There's been a bit of an X-33 shuffle in the last 10 days, with my first generation moving on to live with a @blubarb in sunnier climes down under, and a second generation taking a much shorter journey from @padders To me.

On the wrirst:

All of the glow:

Love the dial! Great character!
Can I call dibs if you ever decide you don't like the gnarly dial??
Sure. I am not much on parting with a watch, though.

On the wrist the dial isn't so gnarly and it runs great. I've been putting it on first thing in the morning to time my coffee brewing in the french press and the pusher action is buttery smooth.

Love that watch...

Almost a full week since I last bought something and well, that can't be right.

Love these straps. Great quality and very reasonably priced.
