路We don't have kids and rather than buying and giving a bunch of crap that no one wants to family members, we do charity instead. We chose a 13 year old local boy this year. I chose a boy with the idea of giving a watch. Maybe I can foster an interest in watches and small machines; that would be cool. I went back and forth and finally did it. I mean, it could be that he doesn't even know how to tell time. Anyway, he'll be getting this in a month.
I have to say I really liked it. I got the green go with the requested camouflage jacket. My wife liked it so much she wants a black one. I'll wear that one too. 馃榾

路I've been tempted to buy a lot of stuff lately but I'm not letting myself go because I want to save for "the one". I was captivated by the rose gold case/black dial Breguet marine 42mm either the chrono or the gmt. I really don't care for the complication, it's just that they don't make it in 42mm with just the date. Aesthetically the gmt is a little more appealing since it has a little clock for the second time zone but that isn't a big deal. They both are almost the same price and equally beautiful. Maybe for my next birthday.
