Hi everyone

got this one off the bay! 42 mm ! Dual crown Super compressor w depth gauge! ( missing the glass tube , I think it's a simple fix). The bezel markings faded/ worn out over time... The champion braceket was short but found some links from another auction I won that was just a bag of broken bracelets ! I think it's killer timepiece.

Good Hunting

Yes, the bracelet rattles a little as many detractors have mentioned, but it's pretty comfortable. And for the first time, my wife actually asked to try it on when I got home with it. Fortunately for me, she found it too big 馃槜

And perhaps I'm being optimistic, but there's the early beginnings of a patina forming on the hour markers (grade 1 perhaps?).

In any case, I plan to hold on to it for the next decade to see if it progresses to grade 2 馃榿

Congratulation !!!! ........and don't resort to weird thing to speed up decade into days (I am talking about put it in oven, swab with tea/coffee, humid hot box etc) 馃槣

Acquired this last month and officially initiated myself into the omega owners club - but first chance to wear it was today. Nice.

馃榾 Alex, I really like the 'c's on the brick - it kind of magnifies the seventies period cool without making them stand out.

I bought a similar one just to raid for the bracelet - it turned out to be better than the planned recipient so now I have two!

Totally agree with you there! 馃榾 I've started adding this 70's touch to other 70's Omega using different steel bracelets. Let's hope the bracelet fits.

I bought this from the Salvation Army.

Description: It is pre-owned. It runs for a few minutes, then stops.

No idea what I'm getting, but I loved the dial and hands and it looked sad, so I rescued it.

Worst case, I encase it in lucite and have an interesting paperweight.

Dennis helped me out with this TV screen and I would also recommend this watch to any new Omega enthusiast. High beat, in-house and inexpensive. it's very good looking.

That could be a concerning development, especially with the new Altiplano 900Ps
