I have two PO's now; one will have to go eventually, but which one?

New addition (bought a few hours ago):

My other PO - also got an assorted Omega black rubber band with orange stitches.

I was browsing fleaBay the other night, for what I forget - probably a watch, and I stumbled upon a listing for an Imperial tridate with moon phase.

One of my favorite watches is an Imperial cronograph so naturally I was interested. It wasn't very attractive as far as condition goes but it wasn't going very expensive either. I "won" the auction and I received the piece today.

I popped the back and found a Felsa 693 Bidynator cased in a 35.3mm all stainless case.

Dial has some issues but nothing that makes me run away. The hour and minute hands will have to be replaced I think. The rotor may have some issues, we'll see. Off to the watchmaker with it.

Really bought it as a companion for the chronograph:

EDIT: Set the date, month and day and put it on a brown croc strap. Haven't figured out the moon phase yet...

Had a run on Seiko's recently and these are the latest to show up
The first is a 6138 3002 from September 1974 known as "The Jumbo" because of its size at the time. It is 42.5mm without the crown and 15.6mm high. All original watch apart from NOS crystal Original bracelet albeit has a bit of stretch This is another 6138 but the 8030 from June 1976
All original as is the strap but again has a NOS crystal

Nice pickups! Really love the 6138 3002.

Photographs or my lack of skill do not do the watch justice as the dial is quite subtle in natural light.
I have a Seiko 6138 Bullhead and UFO and they are both big chunks of metal but this sits well on the wrist and I can see me wearing this more
Image below gives a feel for the size

Never saw this style Omega befor. It was 60eur and I had to take it. Bracellet is solid and comfortable. Too bad it is not useable on other watches.

Movement looks ok -cal.1430-, dial not so great. If some1 has better one let me know.

Received a strap (my third 😀) from @jankoxxx for my Omega ref 2639-1 bought by my grandfather in 1951 and worn until 1979, then worn by my father from 1979 to 2016 and now by me. Jan's straps are truly excellent. One of my absolute favourite strapmakers.

+1 for @jankoxxx straps in general and your strap/watch combination in particular. It looks really sharp.

I was just browsing, honestly, no intention of buying.

But I couldn't let this one go.

Mine Matra says hello (by the way this matra model was my very first watch, a gift from my father when I was maybe 7. I lost it many years ago but was Lucky enough to find another similar one) :

Arrived yesterday, this unusual demi hunter Omega wristwatch from around 1914. I'll post more pictures in the vintage section.

Smiths Imperial. Something about the dial patina that made me pull the trigger.
