·Is there anything special to the Martinator case? Not dogging it, just asking as it seems that some of the offerings from Case Club, Invicta and the like available on Amazon offer effectively the same protection. Maybe a different type of foam, extra plush less abrasive surface treatment, etc.?
Either way looks incredibly snazzy and official.

·Pretty excited about my latest eBay find. Zodiac Sea-Chron with a very nice Valjoux 72 under the hood. These are pretty hard to find and is probably (definitely?) the most collectable Zodiac from the 60's and 70's. I hadn't even seen another example...ever, until Hodinkee sold one with a grey bezel in its shop a few weeks ago. As soon as I saw it, it was added to my "wish list" and luckily one popped up on eBay in great condition and with full set last week. Can't ask for much else!

Received this yesterday. Was a bit surprised by the small size of the watch. Will definitely be a 40-41mm next time. Struggling with the idea if I should bother replacing the crystal, what do you think? It is after all beaten up.
