Have to admit that the black one has been a work in progress for quite some time.

Very cool, those 15CH/ 15T are great (and they don't need an Omega translation for those who are true Lemania fans馃槈).

Looking good! To me, the only choice for an old Heuer (or similar chrono, if not actually produced by them) is a Giuliano strap 馃憤

Well, stuff happens when you learn about watches from people whose single minded focus is vintage military watches.

Aww, but they're so pretty!

Also, G is THE sweetest dude to work with - no Kool-Aid necessary 馃榿

Bought a Doxa 1200T Sharkhunter today. Not my picture, as I have to wait for it to ship and whatnot, but I just love the funky style of the thing. Plus I'm getting dive certified in a week, so obviously I'll need something rated to 1200m.

I also have a seiko 6309-7049 showing up tomorrow. On a bit of a buying streak lately.

If you lose the Doxa to a Moray, the 6309-7049 will step up nicely! Congratulations. Where are you getting certified?

Thanks! Doing the pool bit in NYC at Scuba New York. Then going to Maui to do the open water dives. Bonus shot of the 6309:

I got my certs from Aaron's Dive shop in Kailua (Oahu) back in 89 or 90. Dove HI for a decade. No better place to dive as far as I'm concerned.
