I was able to find the part number of the missing hand. It is 03E02AV, for the orange subseconds hand. A full handset can be found here, just in case.

Not cheap, but as I said above, vintage Seiko parts are as rare as hen's teeth. I hope the original is undamaged and just needs a watchmaker's touch to get right.
