Aaaahhh, the look of vintage with the reliability of modern - inside a case that's in between sized. What's not to like? 馃グ

..and what size are we talking about?

Structured/linen dial cal 269 Seamaster 30 ref 125.003.
Let's see what lurks underneath the scratched crystal. Looks promising?!

I take it that Sandy is going to be in charge of the music on your travels.

This one came in today. Will only keep it with me for a few hours before it is off for service. Running but not too well馃 (loosing way too much and Timegrapher reports only 160 degrees amplitude).

Maybe I have not paid close enough attention in the past, but most "linen" dials I have seen from Omega have a horizontal/vertical pattern. This one does not:

Anyone here that could shed some light on this? Do some of you have something similar (yes I know - silly question - of course you have!).

The dial itself is ultra clean! The crystal is scratched, but that will be attended to.

Looks like I bought another 60's Flagship:

This one is 14k solid gold, which is an upgrade from the gold filled model currently filling the caliber 285 slot.

No worries about that dial - it's authentic. 馃憤
Is this structure common on a SM30? I have not seen many others!
If a redialer managed to pull one like this off then I would have had loads of work for him! Never really doubted the authenticity!馃榾

Absolutely nothing to do with the price of fish - certain that old phrase travels nowhere 馃榾

Arrived today in time for our forthcoming travels and have to say mightily impressed -

Bluetooth connectivity speaker system, sound quality is amazing. Word of warning if anyone considers purchasing the list price is way above what you can actually pay with a little searching.
