This one wasn't on my "priority" list, but it is a welcome distraction while the primary searches continue.😀

Enamel dial, hinged caseback, caliber 13 SO (which I would guess was originally for a small pocket watch or wristlet?)

I have seen Signal Corps-issued watches that appear to be the same reference.

I think it is safe to say that things are totally out of control, these and a couple of other bibs and bobs during the last month...

Stainless steel version

White gold version of the same

Gemini 4 with a cool number😀

Found these watch cases on eBay. Cheaper than Oakley's Watch Vault, and they come in bright blue and lime green. Pretty decent quality for the price, and slightly bigger than Oakley's as you can see from the picture. The blue makes it easy for me to find it among my stuff!

Bright colors would be easier for me to find too. Who's the seller?

Seller's eBay ID is "aukewei", and you can see the lime green version here. Pink is available too for wives' watches😉

Yeah, my Signal Corps version says hi...Yours is slightly earlier by the SN, and has wider wire lugs (and also the neat inner 24-hour ring).

Patiently waiting for its return from my watchmaker. This red patina really hit a soft spot for me 😀.
