Just received a package from Scotland today...
And couldn't wait to get it on my wrist!
Am very happy with this, it looks fantastic...second "C" case of the year, think I'm developing a thing for these.
But that's not all, our Scottish friend (we all know who I'm referring to) included a little bonus to the package...
A 24mm mechanical Timex that my 13 year old daughter will love! My daughter always wears a watch and this will be her first mechanical one.
What a generous thing to do! Things like this just don't happen elsewhere, I'm grateful to be a part of such a fine place!
Up to now my Longines collection have been rather thin. I am a sucker for structured and elaborate dials, and when this one came up for auction I just could not resist. 馃グ
If this one does not clean up well I am going to be very surprised (and extremely disappointed).

Watchmaker update: Dial is clean. Movement dry and dirty but otherwise no major issues.
