Hi intererested to know what are the reasons you think the dial is repainted
I mean it's very apparent...there are multiple red flags (suspicious lume, no lume on hands, texture of the dial, printing.. )...if you google it you won't find any other examples and it's not because it's such a rare watch..
I owned, but no longer have, a 1959 14704-61.
Mine had a calibre 591 movement although, as I understand it, later models also had a calibre 552 movement.
Production of these ended in 1964.
My watch had alpha lance hands.

Thanks yes now definately think the hands are wrong
But if you google, there are plenty of photos of watches of hands with the same shape as yours, although I would expect them to be the same gold as the indices.
But, that said, everyone is always suspicious about a vintage black dial - especially, in my opinion, where there is a cross-hair and I suspect, but could easily be wrong, that the crown is from an earlier vintage.

The sides of the overlay marks are painted, and the distance between the overlay marks and the painted marks varies. This is sufficient for identification.
