This watch has the correct hands?

Hi

I intend to buy this vintage Omega watch but google it a little after the reference number i did not seen this watch with this hands..So can please help me to tell if the hands are correct? Also what other defects you can spot..

There's dial scaling near 12'o clock, hands don't look original either, but no guarantees there

These are terrible pictures but I can confirm that the hands are incorrect.

Sorry for the bad pictures but i just copy them from the ad..so it's not a good watch to buy..Thank you.
