I'm a few days away from 4 months since I ordered my bracelet. Starting to get a little ridiculous since they've been in stock on line for over 2 months from swiss watch spare (40 bucks cheaper 🤦)

My reference to a spare strap is to a genuine Apollo 11 50th anniversary stainless steel bracelet for the gold and stainless version.

That's what I'm referring to as well. That's what this whole thread is about. 😀

How did it fit your watch at ad ? I thought you had to file down a lip to make it fit.

According to others earlier in this thread, People are using thinner spring bars to make it work.

Has anyone tried it on a (WatchCo) Seamaster 300 yet?

Tom
That's what mine is going on as soon as the damn AD tells me to come pick it up. Unfortunately I keep getting excuses after 4 months

That blows. You know it fits or you'll test it there?

Its paid for so if it fits great and if it doesn't then I'm still keeping it for my speedmaster. I suppose I could always test my speedy pro bracelet on the seamaster to see how close it is. Seems I have time to kill while I wait.

840 and 849 end links fit just great.

It'll be a matter of where that lip falls.

Your 1610 bracelet with 840 end links replacing the 930 gets you a nice Seamaster bracelet on your Seamaster 300, assuming that's what you want.

I'm really looking forward to the flat link look on the 300 😀😀😀😀 Few more years and the AD should pull through for me 😵‍💫

So is it wrong to call and be "that guy" and ask where it is? I asked while in store at the 2 month mark at which I was told it should be in by the end of the month. I hate being that guy haha but I'm impatient 🤔

Trust me, after two months, you definitely should call. For all you know, they got it a month ago and forgot to call you. Or someone called once and never left a message.

You should just tell them to refund your money unless they are able to get the part delivered within a week or two... then just go and buy it off of the Swiss Watch Spares. I dont think I would put up with it at all if its available elsewhere and Omega itself is not able to provide you with one.
