·So the GMT is my favorite complication and I have two GMT watches. I used to set the GMT hand to the time where my family lives, which is only three hours away. Now I use it to keep track of my intermittent fasting. That’s right! I use the pip to mark 0 hour whenever I began my fast and then as time goes on, the 24 hour bezel is marking how long I’ve fasted. Some days I try to fast for 20 hours so it’s great to glance down and see how much time I have left. I’m telling you, that is the best use for my two GMTs that I’ve discovered.
