No I haven't, my comment was based on: a video by The Urban Gentry (where I'm pretty sure he said their customer service was great), combined with the nice wooden box longbow's watch came in, the letter from the founders to longbow, personal reply from one of the founders to longbow, the packaging longbow was showing, some folks saying they made quality pieces, etc. That's the extent of my knowledge on them.
You might want to make sure you have more then 1 current source before making claims... They are having large problems with Quality Control and Customer Service right now.

Hey @Foo2rama I am new and since this thread had just been bumped I thought everything was up to date on it, and the review was very recent. Lookin back I see its a bit old. Are you saying that CW has had problems lately with customer satisfaction? I know you were a supporter (at least of the style and the review) around Christmas 2018 (looking back in this thread), so what have the new developments been? Bad quality? Bad service? thanks in advance.

search "christopher ward" on this forum, there are 2 or 3 recent threads about the issues with links to the christopher ward forums.

Small update. Tomorrow, my Dad in the UK will become the new owner of this C65 Trident GMT on his 85th birthday…..assuming my Mum can actually find where I squirreled it away.

Well I finally got one after all these years. Fell in love with the Pepsi back when it came out but never pulled the trigger. Always thought I would get one some day. And then it disappeared from the CW website. Major panic, until it showed up again in the January sale. Quickly bought one on a strap bought the bracelet separately. I have to agree with everything you wrote.
Of course more appeared, this time with bracelets.
And then the 1655 homage like this one so I got that too.
And the worldtimer LOL!.
It's a great watch. An "exit watch" perhaps.
Getting a bit tired of "grails" and watch nerddom....
What made you fall out of love with it? Just tome for something else?
