·Not able to find much information, Baume & Mercier Geneve manual other than that no single reference to be found for that dial, I saw it in an auction that ended after I decided not to risk.

·I don't see anything obvious wrong with it, but I also have no reason to think it's anything special. And obviously we'd need an awful lot more information (size, material, condition, movement, etc) to even attempt a valuation. You may need to try a bit harder.

·I would not buy a watch based on that one picture. For example, it could be tiny.
