Any concern buying a 12-13 year old unworn automatic watch?

watches can be funny like that, they look great in pictures and you have more or less made up your mind before you go into the store, and then its just not right when you go in and try the thing on. Has happened to me in the past, and I'm sure it will happen to me again.
